Onhwa (온화) refers to a feeling of gentleness and warmth which relates to the blend’s comforting and familiar qualities. Our Onhwa Blend is composed of two carefully selected single origin coffees from Brazil and Ethiopia, which were roasted individually then combined to produce a balanced yet layered coffee blend. Slightly darker roast profiles were used to produce a smooth, full-bodied texture and rich caramelized flavors. The resulting cup’s distinct aroma reminiscent of toasted walnuts and satisfying milk chocolate sweetness are ideal for espresso as well as filter brew methods.
